    I lost 4lbs this week but think that was water weight, somehow during the week I went up 6lbs and then down 10lbs. Bit all over this week, grr at being female!

  2. I was 12,5 this morning. That's 4 lb down for the week and 6 lb down in total. On track for 12,0 by the end of the month I hope.

  4. 81.9kg/180.5lbs/12st 12.5lbs – Loss 4lbs

    I am not holding out much hope for this week however (weigh day is Tuesday for me), as I have been feeling rather womanly if you get me!
