Well done you! I lost 4lbs this week but think that was water weight, somehow during the week I went up 6lbs and then down 10lbs. Bit all over this week, grr at being female!
I was 12,5 this morning. That's 4 lb down for the week and 6 lb down in total. On track for 12,0 by the end of the month I hope.Well done chicken x
